Hi! My name is Mylisa Epps. I was born in Lakeland and grew up in Plant City, Florida. I am a 5th generation native Floridian, and I absolutely love living in the great state of Florida. I am passionate about helping others achieve their dream of homeownership in this beautiful state.
I graduated from Plant City High School, and then attended Hillsborough Community College, UCF and USF. After graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree, I attended graduate school at Life University, and became a Chiropractic Physician. Although I loved seeing patients, I had a desire to learn a new profession and continue helping people fulfill their dreams and goals. As a loan originator, I was extremely blessed to have the opportunity to join the best firm, The Mortgage Firm in Lakeland. This firm is dedicated to providing phenomenal customer service and, they genuinely care about their clients. They share the same core values that I possess – honesty, transparency, integrity, and excellence.
I thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients to achieve their homeownership goals. It is exhilarating to share the feeling of excitement with my borrowers. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy traveling with my precious family and spending time with my wonderful husband, Jerry, my daughter, Mykaela, and my Teacup Yorkie.
